What do we do?
We design and make fabulous products, stuff you just can't find anywhere else.
What sort of products do you make?
Canapé trays, wine flights, snack trays, cake stands, petits four stands, drinks carousels, illuminated service trays, membership cards, point of sale displays, cookie cutters, lapel pins, wedding invitations, hamper boxes, service displays, key fobs, art installations, picture frames, furniture, poser tables, comic display systems, cabinets, desks, dressing tables and much much more.
Who are your customers?
Leading hotels, Restaurants, Events Companies, Racecourses, Catering suppliers, Florists, Retailers, Artists, Designers, Private individuals.
What materials can you work in?
Leather, Glass, Perspex, Wood, Stainless Steel, Pewter, Silver, Rubber, Stone, Corian, Mother of pearl, other plastics, fabrics.
What production processes do you use?
We have access to Laser cutting, CNC machining, injection and rotational moulding, 3D printing, vacuum forming, all metalworking and woodworking machinery, a large variety of hand crafts.
Can we have a sample?
Yes, If a 3-d drawing isn't enough and you want a sample of the product, we can produce one for you. Sometimes setup costs mean that the price of a sample is a little higher than if you were ordering a larger quantity, but we always refund the cost of the sample if you decide to go ahead with the order.
Can we have a drawing for a presentation?
Yes, we understand that you often need to pitch the idea to a third party so we can supply you the drawing without prices or our logo for this purpose.
Can you make one-offs?
Yes, but depending on the process used, you wont necessarily benefit from the cost savings you would get if ordering a larger quantity.
Is it expensive?
Our bespoke service is free. You only pay if you decide to go ahead with an order after we've arrived at a design and a price you are happy with. It is as cheap or expensive as the product is to make. We get good discounts from all our suppliers which we pass on to you.
Is there a minimum charge?
No.
What are the lead times?
Many of our clients have, in turn, their own very demanding customers, so we've learnt to work very quickly. We have been known to deliver products within 12 hours, but one to two weeks is more common. We know that some things just can't wait.
What are your payment terms?
All new customers pay on a pro-forma basis. We will not dispatch goods until payment has been made. After 2 orders you can apply to set up a 30 day credit account.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Cheques, BACS transfers or you can pay with a credit card using Paypal (incurs a small fee)
Do you do site visits?
Yes, we can arrange for a designer to make a site visit to discuss your project. A deferred charge will be made which will be refunded if you place an order.
How quickly can you quote on a design?
Sometimes we can give you instant estimates over the phone, but fixed quotes usually take a day or two.
Do you have a showroom?
No, we try to keep costs down, so we don't maintain a showroom. We can however, visit you with a selection of products to touch and feel.
