When we receive an enquiry by phone or email, we call you back to talk about the project and discuss the brief. We'll ask if there's a particular style or look that you want, what sort of materials you have in mind and what quantities you want.
BRIEF
Depending on the nature of the project, we may be able to give you an estimate of costs straight away. More usually, we will need to do some research, speak to our suppliers and prepare some drawings
DESIGN
We will then send you a quote sheet, an A4 page that contains all the information you need: a three dimensional drawing of the product, the unit

QUOTE
We can make revisions to get the details and the price absolutely right
We can produce a sample of the product. The cost of this is refunded if you go ahead with the order.

Only when you have received a design you like at a price that's right do you pay anything. Lead times vary depending on the product, but sometimes we can make a delivery within a few days. More usually it is 2 or 3 weeks. Delivery is charged at cost.
